Our Doctors
Dr Baro graduated from Monash University in 1981, and has since had a broad range of experience, starting in the military with aviation medicine, industrial, disaster and emergency medicine. He followed this up with additional training and post-graduate courses in psychotherapy (including sleep therapy), and grief management and remains active in programs relating to mental health. Dr Baro also has a keen interest in radiology, and gained much experience and knowledge about disease processes and their investigation, providing great insight into the management of medicine in general practice. His other special interests include travel, sports and preventative medicine.
Dr Gray graduated from Monash University in 1985, and has accrued a broad range of experience in country and outer urban hospitals; followed by suburban general practice, clinical nutrition, government and industrial related medicine, a brief time in forensic medicine, and a city based general practice for over 20 years. She has undertaken post-graduate training in management of allergies, diabetes, depression and grief counselling. Dr Gray has continued post-graduate training in the field of nutrition and weight management and has completed a course and advanced course in Mindfulness Integrated Cognitive Behaviour Therapy to add to her special interest in Adult ADD. Dr Gray also maintains an abiding interest in minor procedures, travel medicine, women's health and people.
Dr Lamb graduated from Monash University in 1988, and obtained her Diploma in Obstetrics and Gynaecology in 1991; this qualification allows her to participate in shared antenatal (pregnancy) care with Melbourne's major Obstetric Hospitals. Dr Lamb also completed the Royal Australian College of General Practitioners Fellowship program in 1994. Dr Lamb has worked in full-time general practice since 1992, developing special interest areas of Women's Health and Infertility, and more recently, has expanded her skills in Cosmetic Medicine (anti-wrinkle treatments and dermal fillers) and is a Full member of the Cosmetic Physicians Society of Australia. Dr Bui grew up and trained in Melbourne. He has worked as a metropolitan and rural doctor, and also briefly with the Department of Health. Dr Bui enjoys seeing the variety of people and conditions in general practice.
Dr Kustura is a holistic GP with more than 25 years experience both in country and urban clinical practices. She has special interests in Acupuncture and Women's Health as well as preventive lifestyle medicine. Dr Kustura completed her Acupuncture training in 1998 which included clinical training in Nanjing, China. She is an Education Chair of the Australian Medical Acupuncture College providing the only accredited medical acupuncture course in Australia.
Anastasia is a clinical psychologist and has been a registered psychologist since 1995 when she commenced private practice. Early in her career,Anastasia was working as a psychologist specialising in pain management and occupational rehabilitation, she has also worked in the United Kingdom as a clinician in the juvenile justice, families and children unit. Anastasia coaches executive and individuals who are interested in improving any aspect of their performance; she uses a systemic approach, taking into account the range of factors that influence performance. In her clinical practice, Anastasia specialises in treating people with mood and anxiety disorders, particularly PTSD, panic disorder, phobias and depression as well as working with people experiencing relationship difficulties. Anastasia has training in the Gottman technique and uses Cognitive Behaviour Therapy, Mindfulness, Interpersonal and Family Therapies and client centred / solution oriented therapies. Anastasia utilises these approaches to assist clients in developing self awareness, enhancing emotional intelligence and strengthening their ability to cope with difficult thoughts and feelings. Anastasia is able to conduct consultations in Greek as well as English and is a full member of the Australian Psychological Society and is a member of the APS College of Clinical Psychologists.

Contacting The Doctor
Patients who call wishing to speak to the doctor on the telephone will only be put through if the doctor is available, otherwise the doctor will return the call when possible. Consultations will not be given over the phone; if you are unsure whether you need to come in for an appointment, you may briefly discuss the matter with the doctor on the phone but phone calls should be kept brief as prolonged calls may be charged for.

In the event of a medical emergency, the doctor will be interrupted. As the doctors are normally in consultations with another patient, reception staff will generally take a message from the patient and pass this on to the doctor to action as soon as time permits.
